Refund Policy

We are a results-driven physical facility. If you choose to train with us, we expect commitment. Our refund and cancellation terms are outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Free Trial Completion

We offer a zero-risk 7-Day Free Trial that allows new students to evaluate our coaching, facility, and programming without financial pressure. Because you have the opportunity to trial our service completely free of charge before purchasing a membership, we do not offer refunds on initial monthly membership payments once the trial has concluded and the member is billed.

2. Membership Cancellation

All monthly memberships run on an autorenewal cycle. To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice (via email to coachjoshofficial@playersclubllc.com or through your Gymdesk portal) at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle date.

Failure to provide 15 days' notice will result in the processing of the next automated payment, and your membership cancellation will take effect in the subsequent month. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Medical Freezes

In the event of severe injury or documented medical complications that prevent you from training, we allow membership freezes ("holds") for up to 30 to 90 days. A valid physician's note is required to process a medical hold, pausing all billing until the member is cleared to return to physical activity.

4. Disciplinary Action

In the rare event your physical coaching membership is terminated by our staff due to a violation of our code of conduct (e.g., jeopardizing the safety or respect of other members/coaches), no refunds will be provided for the current month.
